Thank you, Ashlyn (also the deb pictured below), for giving me a heads up about a new addition to the Summit. Charming Charlies is a Private Gallery/Turquoise-esque store all wrapped into one, offered me a cheap solution to my formal jewlery shopping I have needed for Debutante Ball season.
